Growing up I knew that I wanted to help people, which is why I went into the aged care industry at Kalyra. I find the work I do very rewarding. I don’t feel like it’s a job; I enjoy being with people, communicating with people, being on the road and sharing in their lives.
When I think of my own experiences, I think a lot of sharing power with different people and learning how other people have used their power throughout their lives. I spend a lot of time with elderly people who have had a lot of experiences, and a lot of opportunities throughout their lives; there’s a lot that I can learn and apply to my own life.
