We can say here in Adelaide, the Peking Duck is the best in Australia. Better than Melbourne, better than Sydney. My Peking Duck is the best, I make it by hand — no buying pancakes, no microwave. We make today, sell tonight. Because I enjoy cooking, I continue to cook the food. I’ve been doing that for 34 years. I’ve owned Ming’s Palace for 34 years on Gouger Street, so it’s the longest run Chinese restaurant in Adelaide. There have been children born in the restaurant (upstairs). It’s a very significant place.
