I think there’s certainly power in business and entrepreneurship. We’re in business to make money, yet in employing people their lives are changed, and we build relationships across generations and across communities. And where we commit to community, we can harness the power of business toward community causes.
I’m a conservationist, and I’m passionate about making a difference. When I started diving in 1987, I remember being down at Semaphore beach and there being an extraordinary diversity of seagrasses, crabs etc. To be continuing the work of planting seagrasses and protecting fish… these are small but powerful steps that make a difference to our planet’s sustainability.
