The Koonamore Project: 100 years of Study of Vegetation in the Outback

We will recount the rich history and stories of this project. Cohorts of students have been trained there and fell in love with the outback. The study also produced worldwide influential research. We will look at how it began and how, by sheer resolve of various academics, the project reached 100 years. A book about this story will be presented.
