The District Council of Prospect was founded in 1872. This talk will explain how much we’ve changed since then. Are we ageing? Are we better educated? Have our families changed? Has what we do for a living altered? Are we in better health? How has our housing changed? Are we more ethnically diverse? Are we richer? What about religious beliefs? And how do we compare to the rest of South Australia? We will run a book sale in conjunction with this talk, all items priced at $5.00 each. We have a comprehensive range of publications which flesh out the content of the talk in more detail.
