Glenelg Air-Raid Shelter, City of Holdfast Bay

Glenelg Air Raid Shelter Open Day

Come down the stairs and explore the Glenelg Air Raid Shelter. Built during WWII, the shelter was one of seven constructed in Adelaide. It was formed as part of a communication network. In 1995, the shelter was converted into a museum in honour of the service of local men and women in military conflicts. Entrance via steep stairs.
