It's always a hands-on experience at Birdwood Farm Day! Birdwood Primary School.

Birdwood Farm Day is anything but your average school fete!

Farm Day is the major fundraiser of Birdwood Primary School, put on by the school families for the enjoyment of the wider community. Since the 1970s, Farm Day has attracted thousands of South Australian families to experience a taste of Hills and country living with animal exhibitions and demonstrations like milking of dairy cattle, sheep shearing, sheep dog mustering, dairy and miniature goats, and highland cattle. There are interactive attractions like petting zoos, horse and camel rides, amusement rides as well as a wide range of retail stalls, including gardening, sweet treats and port and wine stalls, as well as a trail bag map; all hosted by Birdwood Primary School. Witness the skill of local shearers, take a ride in a tractor, feed a calf, or sample the finest local produce – there is sure to be something for every member of the family!

Come and relax on the lawns of the National Motor Museum while listening to local musicians and enjoying a wide variety of foods and drinks available and understand why this event has a loyal annual following!

Tickets include FREE entry to the National Motor Museum.
