Communication and entertainment, that is what radio brought to our homes. Once it was the centre of the home, now it travels with us in our car, headphones, and workplace. Ian Smyth, a member of Historical Radio Society of Australia, will take us through the development of licensed radio and television broadcasting, now part of our daily life.
