My name is Yamini Dave, a student from the University of Adelaide and I attended the ‘Beyond the Boundary: Historic Adelaide Oval and Surrounds’ guided tour on the 31st May. Below is my personal review of the event.

I was not prepared for how much I enjoyed this hands-on workshop - who knew you could pickle green beans and that sauerkraut was so easy to make?! All revelations to me!
Day two of the History Festival began with a University of Adelaide History & Heritage Tour. I took a few classes at the North Terrace Campus during my undergraduate studies, but had never really explored the whole site.
What a way to start the 2017 Festival - cold, wet and windy. But, as our CEO Greg says, onwards! The rain is doing nothing to dampen the HF Team's enthusiasm!

Thanks to the 250+ people who came along to the History Festival program launch on Friday 7 April. It was great to see so many event organisers and supporters there.
