All Souls’ Church houses 15 exceptional stained-glass windows which are seldom on view to the general public. Five windows come from the famous Morris & Co factory – the largest number held by a South Australian church. How did All Souls’ Church come to possess these priceless treasures?
A dedicated War Memorial Chapel contains the names of Parishioners who died in WWI and the wooden battle-field grave cross of a young Parishioner killed in the Battle of Bullecourt.
Reserve a place in a guided tour as we explore the Parish history and architecture. Listen to the stories behind the creation and selection of the stunning windows that were donated by eminent South Australian families, including the Bagot, Wendt, Warburton, Schomburgk and Bonython families, in memory of loved ones. Tours available at 11am and 2pm at $10 per person.
