Transformational Decade? Baptist Church Life in the 1960s

The 1950s and much of the 1960s were generally times of growth and optimism in SA Baptist churches. But emerging cultural changes often associated with the ‘Baby Boomer’ generation presented challenges which churches ignored at their peril. Through short talks from invited speakers, and from the contributions of participants, this workshop will explore how Baptist churches approached the opportunities and challenges of the 1960s. Bookings required by phone or email.
