St Mary Magdalene's Church: Alive to the Needs of the City

Come and enjoy this unique city church tucked away in Moore Street. Built in 1886 as a mission church in the then poorest part of the city, it has a strongly Anglo-Catholic ethos and is decorated in the High-Victorian style. Vestments, both ‘ancient’ and ‘modern’ will be on display and a brochure for self-conducted tours will be available.

Presented by St Mary Magdalene’s Anglican Church
