Mary MacKillop Museum: A Place and a Story to Touch Your Heart

Located on the historic site in Kensington where Mary MacKillop lived (1872-1883). Enjoy an interactive visitor experience as you discover the story of a courageous pioneering woman: educator and social reformer – a changemaker – and those who have followed in her footsteps since 1866. The museum offers activities for younger children, and also features a gift shop and café. You can pick up a self-guided booklet to explore Kensington-Norwood on the local Mary MacKillop walk. This story is for everyone, regardless of age, culture or religious background! Come, be inspired. A warm welcome awaits you!
