Inside Publishing: Writing History and Historical Stories

Join Wakefield Press’ Michael Bollen as he explains the historical and history publishing markets. Whether you’re interested in writing your own family history, tales of a real-life person, or historical fiction of any era, there are processes to follow, rules to learn (and possibly break) and trends to know about. We’ll also discuss resources and opportunities for writers who are looking to collaborate with those who want their own stories told. Following the workshop, some participants will have the opportunity to pitch their book idea to Michael for consideration. See Writers SA website for full details. Bookings essential.
