A vibrant exhibition celebrating the health and medicinal properties of Greek wild greens, known as Horta. Greeks have foraged Horta since antiquity and they are now considered an essential component of the Mediterranean diet. An uncertain climate and sustainability has lead to a resurgence in wild greens consumption and urban beekeeping.
