Discover the history of the Waite Arboretum through the stories of three curators, Constance Eardley, Dr Jennifer Gardner and Dr Kate Delaporte.
Since the creation of the Waite Arboretum in 1928, three of the four scientists who have held the Curator’s position have been women. Join Dr Kate Delaporte (current Curator), Dr Jennifer Gardner (former Curator) and Lynette Zeitz (Historian and Manager, Urrbrae House) for a talk about the passions and perspectives that women have brought to the development of the living tree museum at the Waite campus of the University of Adelaide.
Complimentary non-alcoholic refreshments served from 5pm for 5.30pm talk start.
