There is power in words and often, the untold stories have the most power for good. I strive to tell stories of the voiceless, the downtrodden, and the overlooked. You can find them everywhere, if you look hard enough.

When I think of powerful figures in South Australia, I think of the mums and dads, throughout history, who raised children in the face of adversity. The suffragettes who led the South Australian women’s suffrage campaign and gave us the right to vote. Former Australian of the Year, the late Indigenous leader Dr Lowitja O’Donoghue, who led with humility, truth, resilience, and heart. Also the Don Dunstans of the world; bold thinkers, head-turners, and awe-inspirers who added a splash of colour and creativity to this state.
